My passion for the food industry began when I was 16 years old and from that point on, it has played a huge role in my life. I worked in many facets of the kitchen, but eventually focused on pastries. I took the next step in my professional development when I became an apprentice under a French Pastry Chef in Kansas City. I now have accumulated over 20 years of professional and personal service in the kitchen. My goal is to meet your specific needs and make your occasion truly memorable.

When I’m not baking, I enjoy spending time with my family in Duluth and in the Twin Cities. In my mind there is nothing more relaxing than sitting around a pool or lake with my friends and family, sharing stories and laughs.
